Leah Marshall
Rest and rejuvenate! The session will begin with a short grounding and breath awareness meditation to bring ourselves into the space and release the busy-ness of the day. You will then be invited to lie down, get comfy & cover yourself with a blanket for a half-hour yoga nidra. This will seamlessly flow into the sounds of Jupiter gong as you continue to rest. The vibrations pass through every cell in your body, reducing stress, removing emotional blockages and stimulating an alternative state of consciousness. Jupiter gong frequencies support personal evolution, abundance and Joy. You will be gently reawakened with me singing with my singing bowls and the ethereal sounds of Koshi chimes.
Yoga nidra– The art of conscious sleep. This guided practice takes you through eight different stages, facilitating a state of deep relaxation, where the conscious mind subsides, but awareness remains. Here the body-mind can rest and restore on a cellular level. Your awareness is then gently stimulated to provide healing, encourage connection within your internal networks and your wider connection to the natural world. Each practice is individually crafted to offer a unique experience every time.
Leah completed a BA in Fine Arts in 1988. She also has qualifications in Neurobiology, Mental Health and Meditation and Transpersonal Yoga. She is currently in her 2nd year of studying to be an Intergration Psychotherapist.
