I have always loved to sing and to play with words & rhythm. I enjoy a cappella vocals, djembe drumming, singing with my guitar, gong or singing bowls. The human voice can be one of the most healing sounds for our human ears.

There is something special about writing lyrics, using mind and emotion or simply creating sound that travels through the air, using the body as an instrument.

I often weave music and sound into my workshops and classes and have recorded a live album of my original songs for you enjoy.
