CULTIVATING JOY THROUGH THE BODY AND MIND

Join me for an hour and a quarter of light-hearted practice to cultivate Joy, through embodied yoga based movement, directed breath awareness, a great soundtrack and even a touch of Somatic dance. Followed by 15 minute yoga nidra to finish (Yoga nidra is a conscious guided sleep practice for deep relaxation).

It is my intention to help you find a way of softening into your own body and welcoming yourself home. We let go of self-criticism, expectations and comparing ourselves to others, to open things up to a new found sense of freedom and embodiment.
