‘Leah is a wonderful mind and body worker exploring the depths of possibilities for us as a human being. Creating a safe and held space, it is possible to journey within, nurture yourself and be guided to healing through multifaceted ways. She will enable you to peel off the layers to become the most beautiful you. I would Highly recommend a meditative experience with her through either her artwork which she goes to great depths to create, or her sacred sound journeys which are epic. Enjoy - I do!’

‘As a beginner, I found Leah's meditation classes really welcoming. She takes a very relaxed approach. I have incorporated many of the techniques into my daily life. The yoga nidra meditations in particular have been really helpful to me. Calming the mind and body in this way is a very powerful experience and the feeling of restfulness that results is a wonderful sensation. I would definitely recommend any of Leah's workshops to anyone who is starting out with meditation or is experienced but looking for a new perspective’

‘I attend Leah’s weekly Meditation and Yoga nidra zoom Class and once a month I go to one of her gong and meditation classes. Leah has the most amazing voice. She has the ability to help me feel so calm. At times, I have become so relaxed that I was unaware of my surroundings. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I have become a more mindful person since I have attended her classes. Very thankful to have met her’
