About this piece: created after using chakra meditations for some time. Each Chakra has a colour attributed to it, Red at the root of the body, through orange, yellow, green, blue, violet and white at the crown. I wanted to capture the feeling of being in meditation, an experience of going beyond the limitations of our physical form to experience an unrestricted sense of self. When our energy centres are balanced, we show up in the world in a more balanced way and have a deeper sense of internal stability.
