Yoga nidra is the Art of conscious sleep. Based on an ancient Yogic practice, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation where your body can heal itself, the conscious mind subsides and the sub-conscious mind can be gentle stimulated towards wholeness, wellness and creativity. This particular journey will offer you the opportunity to create unity within your physical body, shift stagnation and blockages in your physical, mental and emotional self and to come into contact with an aspect(s) of your Sacred self.
Followed by the sounds of Jupiter Gong to deepen your experience. The vibrations will pass around and through you as you continue to rest and travel with your awareness. Optimism, joy and abundance are some of Jupiter’s gifts, as well as stimulating awareness around understanding your path in life.
