Every Wednesday on Zoom 8:00- 9:30pm

Midweek Top-up: Meditation and Yoga Nidra.  We arrive through the breath and the body, leaving the busyness of the day behind. We then practice a more structured Kundalini meditation, to stimulate the interconnected systems of the body-mind in a particular way and then rest and rejuvenate with yoga nidra- the art of conscious sleep. Each week is different.

£10 per session, or a block of 5 for £45

Art and Meditation Workshop

Through meditation, we arrive in our shared space and meet ourselves in the present moment.  It is here that we make a connection with the creative spirit of life and tap into our innate creativity. You will be guided through the drawing process and embark on a journey of discovery, to uncover something of yourself.

Meditation, Movement and Yoga nidra- 2 hr Workshop

Online or in person with limited spaces

We arrive through the breath and the body, reconnecting to ourselves in the present moment in guided meditation. We rejuvenate the body and inspire new pathways in the body-mind through embodied yoga & organic mindful movement and then let go into deep relaxation for a half-hour yoga nidra, gently stimulating and supporting the subconscious mind.

Yoga Nidra and Gong

The session begins with a grounding breath awareness meditation to bring ourselves into the space and release the busyness of the day. You will then be invited to lie down, get comfy & cover yourself with a blanket for a half hour yoga nidra. This will seamlessly flow into the sounds of Jupiter gong as you continue to rest. The vibrations pass through every cell in your body, reducing stress, removing emotional blockages and stimulating an alternative state of consciousness. Jupiter gong frequencies support personal evolution, abundance and Joy.
