25th August Event

Here are a few pics from the Yoga Art flow drawing session at Sundara community living camp last week. It’s amazing what happens when we work rapidly, take the thinking out of the equation and allow the drawing to happen through us instead of trying to make a ‘pretty picture’…Raw creativity!

1, 3, 4, 5 min poses.. Some moving postures too! And then a nice long 15 min Shivasana at the end for our hard working model.. Well done everyone Thankyou for coming!
